Superb

Nice room, clean, comfortable, in small place in Chiavari's old town, close to bars/shops/etc. Good wifi. I had texted my arrival time, and the owner noticed me walking past (I managed to walk past without noticing the place) and came out to put me right.

Very good

The apartment is spacious with everything you need. There is a possibility to wash/iron your clothes, cook and make tea/coffee. There is also air conditioning and a large TV. The owner was friendly; he met me with the keys and gave me a tour around the apartment. There was an issue with lights in the staircase and the owner kept me updated on this via WhatsApp.

At first, I had problems with the street door but then it all worked out.

Great host, location and parking option.

The host was accommodating, meeting us at the apartment even if we arrived late, outside check-in hours. They also arranged for a private parking space (quite a value add in the region). The apartment is perfectly located, near great restaurants and cafes and close to the train station. Room was big and very recently renovated.

Nothing really - the room does not have air conditioning, but the host told us they are having it installed later in the summer. It did have a good fan, so we did not feel it to be a problem. Overall, almost perfect.

pulizia poco accurata, i proprietari (nonostante fossimo d'accordo sull'orario d'arrivo) sono scomparsi per un'ora lasciandoci fuori. Abbiamo chiesto informazioni ai ristoranti attorno, ci hanno riferito che è capitato altre volte. Dopo un'ora, si sono rifatti vivi e tutto è andato per il meglio

Posizione super centrale, appartamento curato nei particolari, camera ampia, soggiorno accogliente con ampio angolo cucina, bagno adeguato

Si potrebbe concedere agli ospiti un po' più di tempo per il check out che è di default alle 10:00 (noi previo accordi abbiamo ottenuto alle 11:00), comunque ripeto, i proprietari sono molto disponibili e ci si può accordare sulle proprie esigenze

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr im Zentrum von Chiavari, angrenzend an die Fußgängerzone. Das Bett ist gut, die Ausstattung zweckmäßig und dienlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Agradable estadia en centro de Chiavari

La ubicación muy buena, céntrica, cerca de la estación del ferrocarril y de muchos restaurantes y bares. El departamento era amplio y cómodo, bien arreglado. No incluía desayuno

Como se trata de un departamento, se espera que los huéspedes compren sus propios elementos de limpieza y provisiones. Pero cuando el alojamiento es por poco tiempo (2 noches en mi caso), se agradecería una provisión mínima inicial de jabón y enjuague para poder utilizar el lavarropa. Sí contaba con elementos para limpieza de la cocina. Otro tema es que se trata de un edificio sin ascensor, a tener en cuenta según el peso y número de valijas

Un ' ottimo appartamento in una zona strategica, per il centro e x andare al mare noi abbimo usato la macchina ma volendo una bella passeggiata e arrivi al mare (spiaggia)

Purtroppo io ho una ragazza autistica Speciale, e ho chiesto al proprietario se poteva darci la casa prima,ma non è stato cosi ! Mi ha detto che gli ospiti in partenza sono andati via in ritardo ...di regola si esce con il checkout alle 10.00 non oltre .... Ma noi abbiamo le spalle larghe ...

Ottima soluzione, struttura nel centro di Chiavari vicina a tutto, Stanza comoda con tutto quanto di prima necessità. Gestore molto gentile e presente per ogni cosa.

Contact leggen met host. Reageerde niet op herhaalde oproepen zodat wij dachten iets anders te moeten gaan zoeken. Alleen betaald parkeren in de straat.

Weekend in famiglia

Ottima struttura divisa in due: un appartamento completo e una camera con bagno. Ho prenotato entrambe per un viaggio di famiglia e siamo tutti rimasti molto soddisfatti. Ottima pulizia, ambienti ordinati, letti molto comodi. La posizione è centrale, appena usciti ci si trova in piazza dalla quale partono i carruggi con negozi bar e ristoranti.

L’appartamento si trova al secondo piano dell’edificio senza ascensore. La scala risulta difficoltosa per chi ha grandi bagagli o difficoltà motorie. Sotto la camera dell’appartamento c’è un locale che rimane aperto fino a tardi e, nonostante gli ottimi infissi, potreste sentire rumori oltre la mezzanotte.
