Welcome to Seahorse at Emerald Seas — a charming beach-view duplex perfectly positioned just across the street from the sand and surf! This delightful home offers a shared swimming pool, cozy coastal vibes, and everything you need for a relaxing getaway.
The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is ideal for gathering and unwinding after a day in the sun. Kick back on the comfy sofa or curl up in one of the cozy chairs with a good book or your favorite show. The well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare simple meals, with seating for 10 between the large dining table and countertop space — or head outside and dine poolside at the picnic table. The main bedroom, located on the first floor, features balcony access overlooking the sparkling pool and an adjacent bathroom. The pool can also be accessed from the ground level for added convenience.
Upstairs, a serene queen bedroom opens onto the front balcony, offering stunning views of the Gulf's turquoise waters. Outside, soak up the sun by the shared fenced-in pool or unwind on one of the covered balconies. Two outdoor showers, ample parking, and easy beach access just a few houses away complete the perfect vacation setting. The home offers thoughtful touches like beach chairs, umbrellas, and floats, along with soft towels, comfortable beds, and ice-cold air conditioning — all designed to make your stay as relaxing and memorable as possible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Security camera details: Ring doorbell camera is located on the neighboring side of the duplex (not the Vacasa side) on the front door. The Ring doorbell camera can record audio and video.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We were away from condos and had a nice private beach with other home stayers near by. Literally 3 min or less walk to beach.

We loved the location, the pool and the cleanliness of the place. The WiFi and internet was iffy. We just used it for entertainment and with the pool and beach, we did not need it except at night before bedtime. Parking was great and we did not feel crowded like at a condo. We would definitely rent again.

Our family of 6 rented the home for a week in April 2024. It had everything we needed although it could use a bit of maintenance and some extra furnishings to really set it apart from the rest. The A/C was cold, the towels were clean and soft and the beds were all good. The door always needing 1 10-digit code, the trash all full and very smelly upon arrival and the freezer dripping along with very minimal dishes and small tv's were the downsides. It was too cold to use the pool (note it's not heated). It was also quite dark in the main area; more light is needed.

Location was perfect just a short walk to the beach! Plenty of room for families to stay. Upgrades are definitely needed.
