Bedroom 2: Two queen-size beds, spacious layout, private balcony access, and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed, cozy and stylish, shares a hallway bathroom with Bedroom 4.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: No parking passes required. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Overall, the place was clean and put together. It was a great place for all 8 of us. But based on other places we’ve stayed for about the same price per night was not up to par. The issue or the reason why it was given four stars versus five is the fact that the kitchen is not technically fully stocked with only one skillet one pot, one pan and one large pot, the trashcan was broken, the pillows and bedding were very cheap, the water pressure was very low, especially upstairs, and the toilet in the main floor, which is used most often malfunctioned and seat didn’t stay up.

This property was the perfect size and met all our needs . It was clean and the pool made for an excellent addition! The location was central and Getting to the beach was not hard at all . I want to give an extra shout out .. the washing machine was having some trouble and they had someone out there early the next day to replace it . I loved the place !

Changing Latitudes is a beautiful home. We enjoyed our stay. When we arrived the floors had not been cleaned or swept. I called and they sent someone right away to clean the floors. I had to send pictures to verify the dirty floors. Beachball properties were very quick to respond when needed. The owners put the house up for sale while we were there. They wanted to do a showing one Sunday, Beachball called to see if it was ok and we declined. They were respectful of us. We would recommend Beachball properties and would love to stay at Changing Latitudes again next year if it is available.
