Welcome to Sawgrass Pointe - an incredible vacation spot with something for everyone in your family!

This spacious lagoon front property welcomes you with over 2100+ square feet of living space with 14' vaulted ceilings, three bedrooms and three baths, and a kitchen and dining area large enough for the whole family. Sawgrass Pointe is one of two duplexes (4 units total) who share the pool and grilling area. At the price of a condo, this unit has all the space of a single family - bring your swimwear, bikes, scooters, kayaks, walking shoes, and get ready to explore!
Sawgrass Pointe has two balconies facing the beautiful sunsets over Little Lagoon, a low-density shared pool and grilling area, and the new Lagoon Pass Park. Lagoon Pass Park is a multi-pier, fully-accessible bike path/boardwalk that takes to straight to the pass. Additionally, the property has two balconies on the front that look out over the public beach access.
Inside and at the top of the stairs you will find a well-appointed kitchen and dining area, a sunken living room with a sofa bed, and a king-appointed bedroom with private balcony. Upstairs you will find the smallest of the three bedrooms complete with a full bed and a twin bed with twin trundle. The bedroom has its own private balcony, bath and walk-in closet. It is perfect for children. Moving down the hall, you will pass the washer and dryer on your way to the HUGE lagoon-facing king-appointed Master suite. This room has vaulted ceilings, a private bath with shower and jacuzzi tub and a beautiful large private balcony overlooking the lagoon. It also has a futon for additional sleeping space.

Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult over 25 for the entirety of the stay. Small pets are welcome with additional approval and pet fee. This home accommodates 8 in beds and up to 13 total- if using all sleepers and pull-outs. Exterior security may be in use to surveillance the exterior and common areas on the property.

Lovely, spacious home. Located a short walk from the beach and has a nearly-private pool - best of both worlds. This is an excellent location. Our 3-generation family group had a great stay.

The pictures on this listing are old. So old that there has been a house built next door. And the yellow house on the other side is blue now. The general upkeep of the property is poor. There are holes where things have fallen/been removed off the walls and haven’t been repaired. A large portion of the plates have chips. Several of the couch pillows have pencil eraser sized holes where buttons must have been. One of the guest rooms did not have blinds. One of the shelves in the bedroom fell down in the middle of the night. It had 2 shirts hanging on it. When we arrived, the house was not clean. Linens had been changed, and counters wiped, but that was about it. There was food in the couches, hair in the drawers, crumbs and hair in the kitchen drawers and cabinets as well as crusted food and grease on the outside of them. The walls were disgusting. We understand every scuff wouldn’t be wiped, but there were handprints and dirt covering the stairway and hallway walls. There was a literal crusted bloody booger on the wall in the stairway. The fans in every room were covered in black dust. The pictures, bed frames, and window sills were dusty. The grills were absolutely unusable. If this is an amenity you need, you will have to buy one. Besides a couple of buckets and small shovels, the beach supplies are all broken. The carpets were also not vacuumed. And looked liked they had never been cleaned. 3 blankets we pulled out for extra couch beds had crusted stains on them. And the kitchen towels and hot pads also had not been washed. I contacted the owner about the cleanliness issues and heard back from them just over an hour later. Although he did apologize (sort of) he was very argumentative about what cleanliness means. He said they can’t deep clean between every tenant, and they had just conducted one in May. He said they “only have 4-6 hours to clean a 2500 sq ft house”, as though any of that is an excuse to present a dirty home. He also told me that “dusting is not part of their general cleaning”. They sent their cleaner back out to the house. We were told she would be there in an hour. She came 2.5 hours later. And between her and 2 of us that were staying in the house, we spent 1.5 hours getting the house livable. The pros of the house are the location. It is AMAZING. The lagoon out the back and the ocean 1/2 block down was perfect. And the pool was fantastic. The house size was great. And we loved the back porches.
