Our stay ways amazing. We had the pool all to ourselves. The location was great. Check in was easy. The house could have been a little cleaner. The floor's were dirty and some of the beds had hair in them. Thankfully we were able to wash them in the washer located on the property. The house was spacious and every room had a bathroom which was really convenient. However in the kids bathroom the shower water did not get hot. Maintenance responded quickly and came out. But the hot water still did not work in the kids bathroom. But overall our stay was pleasant and we would definitely book again. Looks just like pictures.

Sandpiper C was in a great location. Beautiful view of the canal. Very short walk to the beach but far enough away there was privacy and not a bunch of strangers outside where we stayed.
The layout of the house was perfect. Love there was one bedroom on the main level and three upstairs and that each bedroom has its own bathroom.
The maintenance of this location left a lot to be desired. While the actual cleaning was adequate. There were substantial stains on every single rug, as well as on decorative pillows on the beds, and on the couches. On the box spring of one of the king beds was a really disgusting suspicious brown stain. (It took several days but someone did end up coming out to clean the stain on the bed.) The heater in the outdoor pool was not working.
The trundle bed in the bunk room was broken and inoperable. The headboard in one of the upstairs bedrooms was broken and banged on the wall when someone walked through the room or the hallway or moved in the bed. One of the bedrooms was missing a remote. There were scuffs and handprints up the stairway. The shelves in the fridge had been broken and were not level.
We came in October at the end of the busy season. The staff I spoke to about my conerns were very polite, helpful and quick to respond. There was not a lot that bbe done about the deep cleaning and maintenance needs while we stayed.
With a few days of deep cleaning I think this property could be a gem again. Just disappointing to see such a beautiful house treated the way it was as well as not given the attention it needed to be great for our stay.
