Not an hotel but lovely room

Spotlessly clean etablishment, close to the beach and chora, friendly staff while they were present. Nice bathrooms

very clean modern room but to call princess mare a hotel is a stretch to far. We have been traveling to Greece for many years and basically Princess Mare is a very upmarket room. While it does serve breakfast it is not as varied as other establishments we stayed in. Breakfast was prepared very early in the morning so was a little cold if you came down later. Reception is not staffed 12 hours a day adn for a hotel there is nowhere you can get a drink. I didnt think Princess Mare fit the definition of a hotel. Its location was perfect and the rooms and stairs were spotlessly clean. Room was small and no wardrobe to hang clothes but a rail that was positioned over the coffee maker so you couldnt hang long dresses etc. The Bathroom was beautiful with a powerful shower. Location was great near the beach and close enough to the chora. te rooms were very noisey, plumbing was very noisey.

Very nice location, close to the water, nice restaurants and an easy walk everywhere. Staff were super friendly and very helpful with everything we needed.

Good value for money

Nice hotel in perfect location by the beach, close to the town. The room decoration was beautiful and bathroom was new. But the best feauture of the hotel was the concierge service given by Dina! She dealt with every need of us kindly, made all the bookings and arrangements for the island. It was the kind of concierge service that you could only find in a top notch 5 star hotel. Thank you Dina!

The room was very small making it difficult to navigate around two single beds. The room window was facing another building so we couldn’t open the curtains to be able to keep our privacy.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights, from August 12th to August 15th, 2025. Upon arrival, I was given a room that did not match the description on Booking.com. The listing stated 20 m², but the room was only about 15 m². It was so small that two people could barely move around. Unfortunately, this happened on my birthday, and to make matters worse, the room had no windows. This was room 203, located on the first floor, directly in front of the stairs. The next day, I was moved to another room, after I immediately told the reception upon check-in that I could not accept such a small room compared to what was advertised. The second room was indeed bigger, and at least two people could move around more comfortably. However, the mattresses were very old and dirty — the dirt and stains were simply covered with a bedsheet. I do not recommend this hotel at all. It does not deserve the €200 per night rate I paid. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in my life, but I have never seen something like this for such a price: small rooms and poor cleanliness. At the very least, the mattresses were dirty and in terrible condition. Be aware that not all rooms have 20 m² as stated on Booking.com, which is misleading.

Perfect location, amazing staff, and thoughtful details

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect — restaurants were just around the corner, and the beach was only a few steps away. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. One detail we especially loved was the shower inside the lobby restroom. Since our ferry was in the late afternoon, we could spend a few hours at the beach after check-out and then freshen up before our journey — such a thoughtful touch! If we return to Naxos, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

The bed which was very comfortable felt a bit too large for the size of the room, and the coffee machine was placed inside the wardrobe, which meant there was no space to hang long dresses.

Our stay has been wonderful, even though we visited during the low season. Konstantine was incredibly helpful; he recommended fantastic restaurants and attractions for us to visit and provided exceptional service throughout. Meanwhile, the breakfast is fantastic and the location of the hotel is near to the marina, all in all, we highly recommend this hotel.

Small rooms and sound insulation between hallway and door could be better . Poor communication, I wanted to change the reservation for one of the 2 rooms I booked and was referred to booking.com to accomplish that. Booking.com couldn't help and I ended paying extra 2 nights for one of the rooms, even though I contacted the hotel 2 months prior to arrival.

Beautiful little hotel

We loved the cleanliness, the staff and how attentive they were. The coffee machine in our room. The location very close to the restaurants, port, and the beach. It wasn't a huge breakfast spread but whatever was necessary was there.

It's not that i didnt like it but just a note, If you have big luggage there are no lifts. We had small hand luggage so were OK.

Superb

I went for a typical greek holiday with my boyfriend. The hotel was in a fantastic location, close to the beach and to the main restaurant strip. The receptionist Stella was lovely, and so helpful. The hotel was clean, breakfast lovely and room exactly what you'd expect, clean, airconned and had a lovely terrace. Would definitely recommend this to friends.
