Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'emplacement est idéal, à proximité des commerces, des restaurants et des activités locales. L'appartement est bien équipé, propre et dispose d'une agréable terrasse où il est plaisant de se détendre. La propriétaire est très convivial, accueillante et disponible si besoin. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation.
Comme seule remarque d'amélioration, le ménage pourrait être un peu plus approfondi.

Goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Gelegen in het charmante Alle aan de Semois. In het stadje zijn supermarkten en kroegen en om de hoek kun je kanotochten maken. Heel vriendelijke verhuurder en vriendelijke buren. Een probleem met de wifi werd supersnel opgelost. We hadden een muziekinstrument mee en dat was geen probleem. Verder was alles heel schoon en netjes.
Doordat de zon eropstaat kan het huis heel warm worden. Er is een leuk balkon om op te zitten, maar dat zit ook pal in de zon. Je komt in het appartement door een vrij hoge trap, en naar de slaapkamer is er nog eens eens een trap, dus je moet niet opzien tegen een klim. Het deel wat verhuurd wordt op de foto's is de aanbouw met houten bekleding rechts.

Un Acceuil de violette très chaleureux, l’équipement de l’appartement au top . La terrasse et le logement très prêt des activités : marche canoë vélo . Le parking privé pour la voiture . Tout était impeccable.

Quiet, close to river and walks, good spaces.
Asking for cash Euro up front AND EU250 bond up front. Who uses cash these days??? Also the manager was not local so we got messages asking where we were on check in. Either you are on site or there are automated entry arrangements. Also concerns about flashing camera randomly through the night (day)…
