This ground-floor holiday home accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 cozy bedrooms and a modern bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The well-equipped kitchen and outdoor barbecue area make it perfect for shared meals and relaxed evenings. Just 20 meters away, guests can enjoy horse riding, hiking, and cycling adventures. For dining, nearby favorites include Les Terrasses du Warcan, (Ma Campagne), and (La Déesse), offering everything from brasserie fare to regional specialties. The lake, only 800 meters away, is ideal for summer picnics and tranquil afternoons. For sightseeing, explore Sedan Castle, the dramatic Roc la Tour, or unwind in the Jardin Botanique de Sedan.
