La situation géographique, la vue sur les arbres (Vallée) depuis la terrasse, le calme, l'air de la nature, la proximité avec les villages/randonnées/forêts/rivières, le côté vintage de l'appartement, la propreté de l'appartement, la réactivité des hôtes.
Il manquait la clim ou ventilateur, la vétusté de certains éléments
