Tiny house sedan

Nice private garden with comfortable furniture. Enclosed to keep dog in Kitchen diner well equipped and very clean with tv but no comfortable seating

Unfortunately we were extremely disappointed with the sleeping arrangements and found the description of two bedrooms and private bathroom somewhat misleading. There is a sofa bed and a mattress on the floor in what I would describe as an attic crawl space as no room to stand and is accessible via a steep ladder .two days before arrival we had a message to say that the bedroom is accessed by ladder which had we known there was no proper bed we would not have booked this property. No bathroom as such shower opens into bedroom/lounge area toilet in a separate cupboard. If sofa bed open it is difficult to access shower /toilet. Attic room unbearably hot even with all windows open mattress uncomfortable to sleep on as no bed frame to support it.shower drain smelt awful for first few days which did improve after use.patio edge was dangerous as slabs tip up when stepped on.

Overall a pleasant stay and good location

The property was clean and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need. The spacious garden was very pleasant.

The Tiny House took a bit of getting used to. The property is described having two bedrooms and as sleeping 4 people. We learned the day before arrival that access to the mezzanine sleeping area was only by a ladder. The lower sleeping area has a sofa bed, facing the shower and toilet, that had to be put up each night as we were not keen on climbing the ladder. When the sofa bed was pulled out it limited access to the shower and toilet. I also had to clear the hair trap in the shower. (We wondered whether the property complied with fire regulations.)

This really is a gem of a place to stay. Everything you need is provided for a most enjoyable stay

This property is very private with a generous garden. We very much enjoyed being able to sit on the terrace and listen to the birds during the day, and watch the bats in the early evening

It was difficult to access the toilet when the sofa bed was extended.

Exceptional

Lovely and well equipped Tiny House with a wonderful and calm garden. Situated on top of Sedan just behind the castle. The hosts were very kind and were very responsive in case of any questions. We would love to come back again one day.

Très bien situé non loin du château. Jardin arboré agréable lorsqu'il fait très chaud. Petite maison charmante.

La literie très inconfortable. Une fois le canapé déplié, on ne sait plus ouvrir les portes de la douche et du WC.

Tiny house très bien équipée ; l'aménagement est optimisé au vu de la surface et c'est décoré avec beaucoup de goût Connexion wifi est un plus Jardin très bien entretenu et bien équipé également Un vrai cocon sur les hauteurs de Sedan, jolie vue Hôte agréable et disponible

Seul bémol la literie peu confortable avec un drap housse un peu court qui ne reste pas en place, c'est dommage

Très bon séjour au calme, cette tiny house possède tous les équipements suffisant pour des vacances.

Située à proximité du centre de Sedan, cette petite maison (tiny house) offre un confort idéal pour un séjour prolongé si nécessaire. Isolée de la route et du voisinage, vous y passerez un séjour au calme et l'assurance de nuit sans bruit. l'équipement intérieur est au top pour être totalement indépendant.

C'est une tiny house, donc il y a forcément quelques petits trucs par rapport à une maison mais on le sait quand on réserve. Par conséquent, rien a redire sur cet établissement, vous pouvez louer sans sancis.

Het huisje heeft alle nodige voorzieningen en is klein maar erg gezellig! Daarnaast is er een heel leuke tuin met prachtig zicht op de omgeving!

De oven die niet leek te werken. Voor eerste gebruik rook de douche niet helemaal fris.
