Wonderful relaxing family break in the sun.

Clean and tidy. Great location, peaceful with the birds chirping, and a great house to BBQ fresh food and eat al fresco every day!

Cameras in the house are a new touch. Not sure why they put them in. Master bed isn’t big enough. It’s a double, in my own personal opinion I would prefer a king size bed for 2 adults to share but that’s a personal preference.

Exceptional

We loved everything about the accommodation. The view, the pool, the comfy furniture, the well equipped kitchen. The children made use of the pool, too cold for my husband and I, we didn't use the hot tub. We were shown around and provided with toiletries and a couple of waters. The villa was a great place to unwind. We would happily book this place again.

Perfect

This is by far the best holiday I have ever had. Great service from the hosts and available when required. The villa is exceptional and the area is quiet. All things catered for, plenty towels and sun beds and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Pool is amazing and it was lovely at night to sit in the hot tub and watch the sun go down over benidorm. We loved it so much my husband and I extended our stay which was no problem. We didn’t want to return home it was so perfect and will hopefully return very soon.

The villa was gorgeous, clean, had everything we could possibly need and very comfortable and homely. The pool and rooftop area were our highlights- the view!

There is nothing within walking distance but this was made clear before booking. The host gave us the number for a taxi but we had our own car so did not need to use it

Ein Ferienpuff in einem entsprechenden Zustand - niemals wieder - Finger weg!

Der Vermieter stellt im Vorwege viele Fragen. Fragen des Mieters werden ignoriert. Man erhält stattdessen floskelhafte Antworten, in denen sich für die Beantwortung der eigenen Fragen bedankt wird. Die Einweisung vor Ort war dann kurz und beschränkte sich auf das absolute Minimum - wie das Garagentor funktionierte wurde gar nicht erst erläutert. Das Gastgeschenk waren zwei 0,3 Dosen eines Billigfusels - das habe ich schon ganz anders erleben dürfen.

Totale Katastrophe - verschwendete Zeit und Geld. Das Haus verdient den Namen Luxury nicht. Nahezu die gesamte Einrichtung ist von Ikea. Luxus? wohl eher nicht! Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer - jedes Zimmer verfügt über Anschlüsse für Fernseher. Dennoch hängt in keinem Schlafzimmer ein TV. Im Masterbedroom war die Schlafzimmertür kaputt. Sie ließ sich nicht schließen. Da mein Sohn in seinen Ferien gerne etwas länger TV im Wohnzimmer schauen wollte, musste ich notgedrungen in eines der Kinderzimmer ausweichen. Das Bad im Masterschlafzimmer konnte ebenfalls nicht genutzt werden. Die Duschkabine war von Anfang an defekt. Eine Schiebetür fehlte. Ein Reparaturversuch des Vermieters scheiterte. Beim ersten Duschen fiel mir die Glasscheibe von hintern auf den Kopf. So hatte ich Gelegenheit mich von den hervorragenden Leistungen des spanischen Gesundheitssystems zu überzeugen. Hätte ich den schlimmen Fehler gemacht und hätte die offenbar von diversen Vormietern zurückgelassenen Gewürze verköstigt, hätte ich dieses Vergnügen wohl öfter gehabt. Bitte rechnen Sie nicht damit, dass ein paar NEUE Kaffee-Pads für die Kaffeemaschine bereit stehen oder gar Pads für Spülmaschine - man muss mit dem Vorlieb nehmen, was der Vormieter hinterlassen hat oder eben sofort alles einkaufen - einen entspannter Start nach dem Check-Inn um 16Uhr stelle ich mir anders vor.

Man braucht ein Auto sonst alles super jederzeit wieder.

Zu dieser Jahreszeit sehr ruhig ich war Februar bis Mitte März da der jakuzzi war super die Ausstattung reichlich.gerne wieder.
