We were a group of 12 adults and 2 children, and we were very comfortable. The house is spacious, with plenty of room for everyone. Everything was very clean and well-maintained.
The outdoor barbecue area really brings the place to life. The large pool and badminton court are fantastic amenities.
The location is ideal a perfect spot to relax while also enjoying the beaches, nightlife, and fun of Benidorm.
The air conditioning in every room works wonderfully and is greatly appreciated. Kevin is the perfect host.

There was plenty of space for everyone, so we didn't feel cramped at all. Having two separate kitchens was a total lifesaver with a big group it stopped the morning coffee bottleneck in its tracks. The Wifi worked like a charm the entire time, which was a huge plus for us. The 'Kiss Me' bench made for some amazing pics. We basically spent the whole time by the pool, the BBQ, and the game room. The badminton court is great for messing around. The location is spot on. Kevin was on it.

This place is perfect for group getaways. All the rooms have individual air conditioning. This is great because you can adjust the temperature without disturbing others. We spent hours playing badminton and loved the games room. The pool, the bbq, and the nights out in Benidorm were the highlights of the trip.

Really nice and modern villa. It´s in a quiet area and the mountains in the background and sea view in front make siting outside very relaxing. Very close to the beaches and leisure areas. We had a blast with our badminton tournaments on the private court. Kevin helped us plan transportation from airport and locally. Thanks for everything.
