Mala experiencia, no recomendable

La ubicación es buena. Está en plena plaza de la Constitución, donde el ayuntamiento. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien.

El edificio es antiguo y en mal estado. El apartamento está en un 4° piso sin ascensor y no constaba en el anuncio. La higiene era pésima. En las escaleras había excrementos de ratas, en el apartamento cucarachas enormes y mucha suciedad. Durante la contratación, la propiedad nos pedía hacer los pagos en páginas externas a Booking a pesar de ya haber confirmado nuestra reserva en Booking. No contestaban a nuestras preguntas. Además, nos han hecho firmar una cantidad de documentos y contratos que nunca se me había presentado en mis años usando Booking. El precio es carísimo para la calidad que hemos encontrado.

Comodo apartamento en el centro de denia

El apartamento era comodo y amplio, la cocina estaba muy equipada, las camas era comodas y el AC de las habitaciones perfecto. La ubicación muy buena, en pleno centro de denia y aparcamientos (zona blanca) a 10 minutos.

Es un 4to piso sin ascensor, hay un solo vater para todas las habitaciones (pero hay 2 duchas) y no nos funcionaba el AC del salon. Reportamos la incidencia, intentaron ayudarnos pero no lo arreglaron.
