The property was so clean and had everything you could need for your stay. It was comfortable, warm and cosy.

Everything was perfect super easy check in, close to town, cleanest facilities I’ve ever had the laundry was amazing!!! The bathrooms are perfect the bed is extremly comfy! stunning the views are epic and the price is an affordable price point! Helen and Karen are great. Was recommended to stay here by a friend and will be recommending to anyone I know visiting Wanaka in the future! We will be back gorgeous accomodation thank you every finer detail was noticed!!

But lack of basics like water

We have stayed at Marina Terrace Apartments before & love the location. The units are always well presented & very clean. The staff are also very helpful.

When booking our latest stay it noted that the room had a washing machine and dryer. What had failed to be mentioned was this would be a shared laundry with the studio beside us. When traveling with a family at the half way point of our holiday we were relying on this washing machine/dryer (Reason why we had booked here mid point). Unfortunately the 2 guests in the studio decided that they needed the washing services more than us therefor we had to go to a laundromat and pay extra to wash all of our clothes (Call ahead to make sure that it is not a shared laundry if needing it). The Air Con system for this apartment has also been installed were if the mode is changed it affects the studio next door so it must remain in the "Auto" function. During the recent May cold snap it would of been nice to be able to set it to "Heat". Thought it was a bit strange that we also had the main control over the Studios A/C.
