Winona of Wanaka - Luxury Lakefront Apartment

客廳沙發很大，暖氣很舒服，雖然住宿在二樓但有電梯方便，窗外的景色非常漂亮！ 住宿中遇到沒有沐浴乳的問題也馬上派人送過來，退房後友人疑似掉落物品也有努力在幫我們找，非常感謝！！

鍋具有一點偏少，沒有大鍋子有點可惜。

Lovely apartment with excellent facilities and top shelf appliances. Delightfully and thoughtfully decorated. Great location and amazing view. Just far enough away from the centre to be peaceful but never more than a 10 min walk to dine or shop. Pool, gym and spa a big bonus - super clean and much appreciated after long days of adventuring (biking, sauna, SUP, kayaking, walking and swimming) in Wanaka.

For the owners - this is a minor beef, but the management company only gave us 1 key for 5 people. I understand the utility of this decision but it’s ludicrous from a customer experience perspective. The poor complex manager explained that this is an ongoing problem across properties. Also - for guests flying in, it would be great to have a set of beach towels (or similar). 1 white towel per person doesn’t really cut it for an activity centric destination and a 10 day stay. Happy to pay to rent these - would have made the purchase of towels unnecessary. If you are in this predicament, the Hospice charity shop is grateful for your donation of laundered towels at the end of your stay.

Additional amenities in bathrooms would have been appreciated but didn't impact the experience - it was awesome.

Couldn’t access garage cupboard to store skis, toaster didn’t work.
