The Space
This beautifully appointed apartment offers spacious open-plan living, a fully equipped kitchen, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen includes a Nespresso coffee machine and NutriBullet for your convenience.
All three bedrooms include their own ensuite, and two bedrooms can be configured as either a Super King or two large single beds.

HOUSE RULES
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to respect our neighbours, the following house rules must be followed at all times.
No loud noise after 10:00 pm
As the property is located in a residential area, all outdoor noise must cease after 10:00 pm. Neighbours have been asked to report any disturbances. If you feel this may be difficult to comply with, this property may not be suitable for your stay.
Minimum age requirement
The minimum age for the primary guest making the booking is 25 years old. The primary guest must stay at the property for the full duration of the booking and may be required to provide valid photo ID upon request.
No parties without prior approval
Parties, events or gatherings are not permitted unless approved by Lakeview Properties in advance. Any unauthorised event may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund. Approved gatherings may incur additional guest fees.
Check-out time – 10:00 am
Check-out is strictly by 10:00 am. Late check-out requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
No smoking inside
Smoking and vaping, including the use of recreational drugs, are strictly prohibited inside the property.
Property condition on departure
Please leave the property in a clean and tidy condition. Additional cleaning beyond the standard cleaning service will be charged at $60 per hour. Any damages, spills or stains must be reported promptly and may incur repair or replacement costs.
Board games (if applicable)
Please return all board games and pieces to their original boxes before departure. A $60 fee will apply if reassembly or sorting is required by cleaners.
BBQ use (if applicable)
The BBQ and all utensils must be thoroughly cleaned after use. Failure to do so will result in a $100 cleaning fee.
Agreement
By confirming your booking and staying at the property, you agree to comply with these house rules and any additional property-specific requirements provided before or during your stay.

Wanaka is such a beautiful spot, it lived up to all of our high expectations. We enjoyed the many activities, the excellent food scene and the picture perfect setting. We also thoroughly enjoyed staying in this property. For our family of five adults it worked a treat...three bedrooms, plenty of living area, seamless check in/ check out and and beautiful setting looking out onto the lake. We would happily visit Wanaka again and would happily stay in this property again.
