VILLA CAN PERIC WITH POOL Quiet and spacious WIFI

Such a gorgeous villa in a lovely location.

Can Peric is located in a tranquil rustic setting in a valley in the North Eastern Serra de Tramuntana, some 5 km west of Pollensa on the Soller/Lluc road. A beautifully and tastefully converted and updated olive oil mill/press (finca) in professionally maintained grounds and gardens. Kid friendly swimming pool with Roman steps to the shallow end. AC in all 4 bedrooms, Huge laundry room in separate building. Excellent BBQ and food preparation area. Car parking area (for 2 cars) is sheltered. Excellent WiFi connection and access to key international TV channels. Key remnants of the oil mill/press have been preserved and are a feature of the huge lounge area.

A Safety & Security Observation: Mobile phone signal to our phones was non-existent at this location. We had 3 separate phones each using a different provider (including Vodaphone) - the signal fizzles out some 4km outside of Pollensa. Rather worrying should an emergency arise. Would suggest provision of a land-line with access to local and emergency numbers only. Other than this Can Peric is FAULTLESS !!!!!
