Etwas außerhalb vom Ort über eine etwas abenteuerliche Straße erreichbar ist man im Paradies angekommen. Absolute Ruhe mit einer schönen Einrichtung. Sogar der Kühlschrank war gefüllt. Vielen Dank

A beautiful accommodation with a breathtaking view. We enjoyed our time on site very much. We were eight and still had enough retreats both in the house and on the grounds. The Pool with ist different water heights was perfect - for kids and adults. The contact with the rental was uncomplicated, fast and friendly. The finca was the ideal starting point for excursions around Formentor.

We struggled a lot with mosquitoes - which is not a problem of the accommodation, but of the whole island. So bring enough mosquito repellent with you.;-)

Stunning views and tranquility within a 30 minute walk to our favourite Pollensa cocktails . Beautiful property and wonderful pool with fabulous shallow areas to sit/lay in as well as a very deep swimming zone (the pool is much larger than the pictures led us to believe). Good beds and efficient aircon meant that everyone slept comfortably. Shady parking was a blessing. Outside there are a lovely selection of sitting/dining areas plus a well-stocked ping pong table :) Very grateful indeed that the caretaker came each day to collect our pre-sorted rubbish and recycling for us; what a difference this makes to the holiday! We have visited Pollensa every year (apart from a brief Covid-induced gap) for the last 10 years and have stayed in several local villas; this is undoubtedly our favourite and we would come back in an instant. Thank-you!

We loved it and have to really dig deep to find anything negative to say: The obvious issue is the distance from Pollensa: a 30 minute walk was a little tough on the hottest days and also means that trips into town on foot lack spontaneity. The track to the villa is rough, poorly lit and very narrow/steep in places. None of these is a significant issue for a confident driver however a slightly smaller/narrower car might be a good choice for some. One of the double rooms has fairly meagre light-proofing so I awoke with the sun at 7.15am each day. I’m not sure whether this was a good or bad thing for me personally but some guests may find it tricky. The pool area is very rustic and there is a lot of vegetation surrounding it; this means that the pool edge is very rough to walk/sit on and collects a lot of leaf-matter so your feet get quite dirty on the way back to your lounger. The pool itself is absolutely lovely and very special. We did have more than our fair share of maintenance issues during our stay but absolutely every one of them was dealt with promptly and courteously by the wonderful maintenance support team which gives us huge confidence in recommending Nordvillas to others :)

Spectacular views from a gorgeous elevated position. Feels very private and secluded but only 5 minutes drive from town (20 minutes walk, steep return!). All four bedrooms were very spacious with en suite bathrooms, comfy beds. Helpful welcome pack. Lovely for entertaining inside and out. Very well equipped kitchen and dining.

The property is on multiple levels with many many (often unexpected) steps inside and outside, with no hands rails. This should be mentioned in the property description as the property is not really suitable for those with elderly, mobility impaired or very young guests. The swimming pool is also not child friendly. The property was not ready until 2 hours after check in but it wasn't really a problem as we could access the pool and the team left the house spotless. Decor may not be to everyone's taste but very comfortable and everything works. The approach drive is quite steep and a little challenging on the first few times.
