Olive Grove Vista House

Situated in an olive grove more than 1000 years old, this rustic house with fantastic views over the different valleys of Pollensa offers a quiet and private atmosphere in one of the most beautiful areas of the village of Pollensa. The house is reached via a narrow private driveway. Entering the house you will find a large entrance hall and a marés arch separating the spacious living/dining room, which has stone walls, a large fireplace and TV/DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, fridge/freezer and a pantry. In the kitchen we can also find a door that opens to the outside, specifically to the covered terrace from which we can access directly to the pool area. From the living room there is another interior archway which gives access to a double bedroom en suite and, next to the living room, there is another bathroom with a half bath. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where the rest of the bedrooms are located. These consist of two double bedrooms (one with en-suite shower room) and two nice twin bedrooms. Here at the top of the stairs there is another bathroom with shower. On this same floor there is also a terrace from which we can enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. The pool area and terraces are fully equipped with garden furniture. Outside there is also a barbecue ideal for preparing dinners or meals outdoors surrounded by a totally natural, quiet and peaceful environment.
