About this villa rental
Finca La Coma is only a short walk from the charming Pollensa village and an easy 10 minute drive to the coast.
This charming villa is perfect for two families or groups with teenagers and grandparents since it offers two separate living areas.
The upper floor has an inviting living room, beautiful farmhouse-style kitchen/dining room with every possible appliance including a SMEG fridge. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms (including one ensuite) are also on this floor.
On the lower level, there are two bedrooms (a double and a twin), a full bathroom and a shower room plus a living area and cute kitchenette. All open directly onto the pool terrace.
The pool is incredibly inviting. While the terraces offer shaded areas for dining and plenty of sun bathing space to get the perfect tan!
Surrounded by nature, the gardens are bursting with vibrant, native plants and trees, not forgetting the neighbouring sheep and fantastic views of the mountains.
The villa perfectly blends old and new. The traditional aspects of this Mallorcan finca have been perfectly retained whilst including the modern requirements of a holiday villa such as good Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Furnished as a family home, it has an inviting, cosy feel.
You'll find flat-screen TVs, iPod docking stations, Wii game systems, Apple TV, Wi-Fi and AC in the bedrooms.
If booking with groups including children, please be aware the two floors of this villa are only connected externally, two bedrooms downstairs and three on the first floor.
There is something for everyone in Finca La Coma. Plus it is an easy walk into Pollensa along a quiet road.

We stayed at the beginning of July for 8 nights. The villa is everything the description and photos say, plus much more, we had a wonderful time.
The beds were comfortable, all the mod cons made it feel home from home. The kitchen had everything you could need. The outside space is beautiful, breathtaking!
Pollensa is walkable and straight forward but we chose to drive! (or cycling would be easy)
We can’t recommend this villa enough.
We didn't book enough days!!!

La Coma is in a spectacular location nestled in a valley with the Tramuntana mountains as the back drop.
The villa is gorgeous and was cleaned to a high standard and equipped with everything you could need on holiday. There is an external staircase which connects the two floors of the villa, this worked well for us as two separate families, if you have younger children just be aware of this.
The pool and terrace is a great size.
It was a wonderful stay and I would recommend this as a great base to explore Northern Mallorca which is beautiful.
