Accessible via a scenic route from the town of Pollensa, this timeless estate is situated amidst historical posesiones (Manor Homes) and various idyllic farms.
Recently, Villa Colonya Olive underwent a meticulous renovation in the winter of 2019-2020, with a dedicated focus on preserving its traditional elements, including the charming exposed stone walls and rustic wooden ceiling beams. Simultaneously, the interiors received a contemporary makeover, resulting in a harmonious blend of old-world charm and modern sophistication. Notable enhancements include freshly tiled floors, refurbished kitchen and bathrooms, and the addition of a fifth bathroom.
