About this villa rental
The farm property covers an area of 77 hectares, is located in the north of the Islands, between the towns of Pollensa and Alcudia. The agricultural concern is dedicated to sheep farming with a flock of approximately 300 sheeps. It also has a large quantity of fruits trees, almond trees, fig trees, orange trees. Two farmers work in the property however they don't live in it. The house is set in a privileged location on a hilltop with splendid views of Puerto Pollensa bay and the surrounding valley. The 17th century house has been restored and fitted with all types of commodities but keeping the atmosphere of a typical mallorcan rural construction.

Fantastic villa in Alcúdia. Clean, spacious, and very comfortable with a great pool and outdoor area (with an incredible view). Perfect location, close to the town and beaches. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Everything exceeded expectations. Highly recommended!

We had the best time! Property is stunning, house is beautiful. Everything was extremely clean, air conditioning worked great in all bedrooms. Location is excellent, easy to get to beaches. Pool was perfect. We have no complaints and cannot wait to come back! It’s a magical place & our family loved it! From our 2 yr old to our 80 year old dad :) Maria Rosa was also excellent and super helpful! We’ll be back! :)

We loved this Villa. It’s even better than the photos. The pool is huge and even with 9 people there was so much space. Lots of shady areas to enjoy and lots of sun-beds to get a nice tan. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need. Bedroom are comfy and spacious. Everywhere is very clean.

We stayed for a week and had a really good time. Maria was charming and very helpful. We struggled to get flights on the dates of our original booking and she happily allowed us to change the booking dates. The house had everything we needed and was in good condition, clean, and well maintained. The views from the front patio and the garden at the back are splendid, the pool was a good size, the wifi worked well for the kids. It was lovely to be away from the towns without being overlooked but also only fifteen minutes away from Polenca and Alcudia. It is a great base for the North-East of the island and we would certainly book it again.
