Agatea a due passi dal Duomo by Wonderful Italy

The apartment was very well equipped, cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect. You can reach everything on foot.

We did not have a direct contact number for anyone. We could only communicate through the Wonderful Italy chat, so in case of an urgent issue, we had to wait for a response because we couldn't call anyone directly.

Very spacious

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Kontakt zur Agentur. Die Wohnung war geräumig und gut eingerichtet, liegt sehr zentral.

ein paar Dinge haben gefehlt (Geschirrtuch, Küchenrolle, 2. ordentlicher Kaffeebecher). Aber kein Grund zur Aufregung, das waren nur Kleinigkeiten. Sauberkeit war durchschnittlich. Parken schwierig (Mietwagen), da Parklizenzbereich. Außerhalb davon kein einziger freier Platz und die nächste Parkgarage weit entfernt (ich kann derzeit nicht weit laufen)

Great location. City center, fish market, local restaurants and bars quickly reachable by foot. Spacious apartment with adjustable air conditioning.

The apartment was superficially tidy. Dishes and utensils however were quite dirty. The bathrooms and showers were moldy. Communication with the rental agency was in initially easy via WhatsApp, however when we had a power outage at the apartment one evening outside of their office hours, no one would help us. The customer service line refered us to the local agents, that didn't call us back until the next morning leaving us without electricity for more than half a day. We were met with no remorse and given the fault for allegedly using too many appliances at once. This was not the case after we used the exact same amount the days before.
