Obiekt usytułowany w centrum miasta, ale jest chichy i spokojny. Wyposażony we wszystko co jest potrzebne. Sprawna klimatyzacja, dwie osobne toalety. Bardzo blisko do licznych barów i restauracji. W bliskiej odległości słynny targ rybny .

Izvrsna lokacija. Na pješačkoj udaljenosti od glavnog trga, restorana, autobusne stanice… a opet nije prebučno ni prenapučeno. Automobil se može parkirat odmah ispred stana. Pogled iz stana je otvoren i okrenut prema dvorcu. Vlasnik je ljubazan, lako dostupan i profesionalan.
