Casa do Re - apartments

Het appartement is geweldig. De locatie is super. Dichtbij het centrum maar ver genoeg van de drukte. Het contact met de eigenaar was ook goed. Hij beantwoordde snel alle vragen en was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het appartement was heel schoon. De bedden waren groot en comfortabel. Een heel belangrijk pluspunt waren de 2 badkamers. Dat scheelt als je er met 4 vrouwen bent ;-) Een ander voordeel was de aanwezigheid van een wasmachine. Het is heel fijn als je de van het zoute water stijve handdoeken en badpakken kunt wassen en ze de volgende dag weer fris kunt gebruiken. Wat we ook heel fijn vonden was het balkon waar we 's avonds lekker konden zitten. Ook waren er twee koffieapparaten- een met capsules en een Moka express en dat was heel fijn. Het appartement was heel stijlvol ingericht.

Az elhelyezkedése nagyszerű, a legtöbb étteremhez és látnivalóhoz közel van. Az apartman belső gangos erkélye az Etnára néz. A ki-be csekkolás és adó fizetése gyors és érthető volt. A késő esti érkezésünk nem okozott gondot. A bekészített víz és kávé jól esett. Néhány napos Cataniai látogatáshoz szuper választás. A szomszéd étterem nem zavaró, nem hangos, az utca biztonságos, tiszta. Az Etna nappali látképe és a Castello Ursino éjjeli látképe szép volt. Összességében jól éreztük magunkat :)

Az egyik szoba klímája nagyon gyengén és hangosan működött( nyitott hálószobákkal az egész lakást jól lehetett hűteni). A kihúzható kanapé nem igazán funkcionált, utolsó este kaptunk róla összeszerelési útmutatót. 6 főnek nem ajánlom, 4-5 embernek kényelmesebb. A fürdőszobák kicsik, kevés a pakoló felület, a wc papírt nem lehet lehúzni (nekünk ezek nem okozott gondot).

Located next to Castle Orsino which is unfortunately closed at the moment. A short walk from Piazza Duomo and the rest of the historic city centre. Everything you need for a short stay was provided kitchen wise and lots of space to spread out. Host was very communicative and helpful with arrival instructions and our early arrival was accommodated.

Only criticism which is very small but the only 2 pillows provided were very flat.

Big rooms and beds.Close to the center.

Noisy as some bars operate very close to the facility.Access with the car is limited due to camera controls restrictions.The view in the etna room is very limited.One bathroom had leakages. The host should have gave more guidelines about the property.not just photos.Also i took a fine because the owner of the property didnt inform me well about the road restriction.At the police they told me that the owner should have informed the police communale in order to whitelist my car for the rental days.this nver happened.
