Seamless check in process, everything was outlined in instructions step by step guide. Spacious and quiet, equipped with everything we need. In suite washer and dryer makes things way easier.

No mobile signal inside the house. The wifi stopped working and router was locked in a room. The staff provided another wifi but it stopped working as well. Had to go outside to connect to internet with mobile cellular. Couldn’t find AC remote control and it got super hot the second day. The cookware wasn’t aligned clearly and was everywhere. Hard to find certain things. Staff communication came from email and it is hard to reach they didn’t get to solve the AC problem.

Beautiful spacious condo. Conviently located and has everything you need.

It's a bit on the pricey side but it is very nice. A bit luxurious for just the two of us but a nice experience. The part I didn't love is that there's no one to talk to if you have questions. There is a chat but I'm pretty sure it's Ai because it wasn't at all helpful.

Secure parking. Close to the bridge. Liked the countryside rather than big town and more traffic.

Fireplace wouldn’t turn on. Resorted it to property managers. Also light over kitchen counter did not work. Suspect that it was a broken wall switch that needed replacing.

Location, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen.

Floors, fridge were dirty. Coffee machine needed descaling and didn’t work (a replacement was given a few hours later). Paid parking for 2nd car for our friends, however we were asked to move 3 times as the spots we were given by management belonged to other customers. We were disturbed even during our dinner at a restaurant which made us nervous as we did not want our friends’ car to be towed. We expected better.
