Good location in a typical older Quebec neighborhood. Accessible to the city center by public transport. Within walking distance of Montmorency Falls. Parking available at the property.
The apartment wasn't cleaned well—the floors were very dirty, and the towels and bed linen were poorly washed. We preferred to use our own towels.

Appartement bien équipé, très propre, bien spacieux et vraiment agréable, pas très loin de Québec en voiture (à moins de 15 min du centre). Supermarché très proche. J'ai beaucoup aimé les jours passés là-bas.
Table à manger trop petite avec une rallonge assez instable. On entend assez bien le bruit de la circulation locale (appartement situé sur un carrefour), mais cela n'était pas trop dérangeant.
