Very comfortable, everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful apartment, great location very close to Eiffel Tower and restaurants. Very good hot water and heating. Good washing machine. All beds including the sofa bed were a good size and very comfortable.
Slight draft in lounge room where the sofa bed is located. The ladder to the loft is tall and challenging at night but our teenager managed it well. A little smaller than expected.

Brilliant location. Close to the Eiffel tower, pubs, and restaurants. A minimarket across the road. A responsive property manager. Great hot water and very good water pressure. My daughter loved the loft. Fold out bed was comfortable.
Air conditioning didn't work, despite being advertised in booking.com. Air conditioning was one of the main reasons we selected the property in the first place. We sweltered without it. The apartment is also pokey but that us to be expected in Paris.
