Appartement de standing 5 - tour Eiffel/Invalides

We loved the design of the rooms and the location.

L’emplacement

La dégradation de la salle de bain

The location was excellent, with grocery stores and cafes and restaurants nearby, and near parks and metros and a lot of attractions.

There were a few maintenance issues that had not been addressed and management tried to address them as best they could on the last weekend before people returned to work and kids started back to school. One of the issues was the AC not working, which thankfully it was not a heatwave. The other was a catastrophic failure of the power cable that happened to power the internet and the digital entry system to the building, the floor, and the apartment. While these issues were ultimately addressed by property management, they were not something that could be resolved immediately, and they created some inconveniences with working from the apartment and gaining access. Overall, the property management was responsive to all the issues brought to their attention.
