Quasi perfetto 😎 Appartment is in the basement but you hardly notice this. Outside everything's just perfect. Two good resto's nearby (1,2 km (La locanda del Busta)+ 2,5km (Il Salt'In Boca)) Service host is outstanding.

No real negatives. Wifi is limited to indoor; but perhaps that's positive 😊

beautiful apartment , I love to stay there . big parking space , aircon heat up the room , Conad supermarket for 5 mins drive to get all meat , veg , egg ,bread ,drinks supply for cooking at apartment with full facility . quick wifi , nice owner , Thanks all.

Great place to take a break if travelling between Rome and Florence. very good value for money. owners lived upstairs bu

Great outdoor space including pool. Comfy beds, good indoor and outdoor showers. nothing around if you want to eat out but we didn’t. Good supermarkets (1 is walkable) others 5 mins in car.

Would recommend more pans to use on the hob (induction) but not sure all pans worked.

Wonderful stay

Stefania and her family are great, super sweet people. The apartment is more lovely than the pictures. It is the only rental on the large property which has a small soccer field you can also practice archery. Soaking in the hot tub is delightful. The interior is new and clean with sufficient kitchen supplies, beddings, towels ( swimming towels are in the shack outside with other outdoor toys). Ideal place for a quiet countryside vacation.

L'appartamento pulitissimo,ben ammobiliato in posizione molto silenziosa e facilmente raggiungibile. Giardino molto bello con piscina e vasca idromassaggio.Scelto per location e recensioni molto buone ,ma devo dire che ha anche superato le nostre aspettative!Stefania è una persona attenta e premurosa nei confronti dei propri ospiti.Tutto veramente bello

Una casa dove non riesci ad annoiarti

La struttura e perfetta dotata di qualsiasi intrattenimento si riesca a pensare ping pong,freccette,tiro con l'arco racchette da tennis,racchette da badminton 🏸, palloni sia da calcio che da volley perche dovete sapere che la struttura ha un mini campo da calcio con campo da volley all'interno,gonfiabili per la piscina di ogni genere,area giochi per i piu piccoli vasca idromassaggio,sicuramente sto dimenticando qualcosa pero insomma c'è tutto non manca nulla per non parlare della casa bellissima tutto perfetto

Geweldig huis met fantastische tuin

Het huis biedt alles wat je nodig hebt, goede airco in alle kamers en goede bedden. Een geweldige enorme tuin met meerdere zitjes en groot zwembad. Een schuurtje met allerlei voorzieningen om te kunnen voetballen, volleyballen of badmintonnen in het bijgelegen veld. Ook voorzieningen voor boogschieten, tafeltennis en ga zo maar door. Ook badhanddoeken voor zwemmen en luchtkussen voor in het zwembad. Supermarkt op 1 minuut rijden, zo konden we elke ochtend heerlijk vers brood halen. Meerdere eettentjes op een paar autominuten rijden en mooie plaatsen binnen een half uur bereikbaar. Rome op een kleine 2 uur rijden, was goed te doen als dagtrip. De gastvrouw was ook zeer vriendelijk en goed bereikbaar

Eigenlijk niets, maar als we dan iets moeten noemen dan is het dat de eigenaren boven de vakantiewoning wonen. Het huis en de tuin zijn geheel voor jezelf beschikbaar en de eigenaren zijn eigenlijk onzichtbaar (tenzij je ze nodig hebt) maar we ervaarde in de ochtend nog weleens wat gestommel en luid geloop of geschuif van stoelen. Maar verder ontbrak het ons aan niets.

Perfect verblijf!

We hebben een geweldige vakantie hier gehad op deze fantastische locatie. Fijn en schoon appartement op een rustige plek. De privé tuin met zwembad is echt heerlijk. Goed gelegen in Umbrië om de mooie plaatsen te bezoeken. Het is echt een aanrader.
