Cudowne miejsce z przepięknymi widokami (zachody słońca z ławeczki wyglądają obłędnie), przemiłymi właścicielami, którzy sprawnie władają językiem angielskim, ciszą i spokojem. Dom jest duży i przestronny, łóżka wygodne, a wino i oliwa produkowane przez właścicieli przepyszne. Dla nas to był punkt wypadowy do zwiedzenia Umbrii, ale można stamtąd robić piesze wycieczki po (górzystej!) okolicy lub odpoczywać na miejscu. Jest boisko, ścieżka zdrowia, placyk zabaw (huśtawka z najpiękniejszym widokiem świata :-)), ławeczki. W sezonie dostępny jest basen.
Dla mnie - jako kierowcy - trochę problematyczny był ostatni odcinek drogi dojazdowej - 2,5 km jedzie się stromą miejscami, szutrową drogą z dziurami. Przydałby się napęd 4X4. Ale dla tych widoków z góry i ciszy warto się pomęczyć :-).

Der Weg zur Unterkunft war auf der zuletzt ausgefahrenen Schotterpiste nicht ganz einfach, Pool nur 1,20 m tief, Spielgeräte etwas in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise defekt
