Appartement de standing 4 - tour Eiffel/Invalides

Great location near the Rue Cler and the Ecole Militaire metro stop. Apartment small, clean and with a basic kitchen and bathroom. It worked for me as a single senior.

My fault, but I missed the last message to push the apartment code 3 times and that the apartment was in the "Edward Branly" entrance. I accidentally went to the entrance across the courtyard! The second thing is that as a senior, the main bed is only accessible by a very steep metal ladder in the living room and not practical at my age! I used the sofa bed which was Ok, but a little tricky to open and it fills the room. I left it open for the 8 days.

Excellent location and very clean and tidy apartment. The kids loved the novelty of the high bed and the bed sofa was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again in the future 😁

We understand why this is but it was very tight to get around with the sofa bed out. Just a heads up to people looking. But we managed and were more than happy.

A cute but small apartment in a great location near the Eiffel Tower. The apartment is in a very nice area of Paris close all the amenities that most travelers will need. However, by North American standards it would not be a 2-bedroom apartment as advertised. I would classify it as a studio apartment with a loft. The main bed is up in the loft which is only accessible by a 7’ (2 metres) high metal ladder. Unless you are travelling with very light luggage it is unlikely that you will be able to get it up the ladder into the loft. You will have to be nimble and relative agile to climb the ladder. It should also be noted that the floor to ceiling height in the loft is only around 5’ (1.5 metres) so the average adult will not be able to stand upright. The other bed is a sofa bed which was quite comfortable but when pulled out it takes up all of the space in the main living area and blocks the access into the bathroom. While the apartment may sleep 4, it is best suited for 2 people only. The apartment has been modernized and has very good air-conditioning and excellent wi-fi. It also has a nice bathroom with a shower, a small but fully equipped kitchen and a washer only. However, there is a laundromat across the street where you can dry your clothes. Access to the apartment is a bit complicated but we had no problems following the instructions.

-Difficult access up to the loft sleeping area especially if you are not comfortable with climbing up a ladder. Climbing the ladder up to the loft may not be suitable for younger children -We found the apartment is too small to accommodate 4 adults -The bed in the loft is just a mattress on the floor with no actual bed frame -There was not enough toilet paper or body wash/shampoo provided for our party of 4 for our 4 night stay -No clothes drying rack is provided
