GuestReady - Serene stay near Champ de Mars

Sehr schöne zentrale Wohnung mit allen Notwendigkeiten, die man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Dadurch dass eine Küche vorhanden ist und Bäckerei und Supermarkt direkt in der Nähe sind, konnte man immer komfortabel kochen. Restaurants sind auch direkt in der Nähe, La Commanderie ist sehr zu empfehlen :)

Die Schlüsselübergabe war bei uns etwas verwirrend und schwerer, da in dem Haus aktuell Bauarbeiten sind und die Gerüststangen direkt dort lagen, wo man den Schlüssel bekommt. Außerdem war nicht direkt ersichtlich, welchen Briefkasten man öffnen muss, damit man an den Schlüssel kommt. Bedingt durch die Bauarbeiten war alles mit etwas Akrobatik verbunden, dass man überhaupt an den Schlüssel kommt :)

Great location, very close to Champ de Mars and well connected. The apartment is functional and convenient for getting around Paris.

Obras y ruido.During our stay there were very loud construction works in the inner courtyard, directly next to the apartment window, including hammer drilling and heavy machinery starting early in the morning on several days. This was not clearly disclosed in the listing in terms of the real intensity and the fact that the works were literally right next to the window. Traveling with a baby under these conditions was especially difficult, as our rest was significantly affected on multiple mornings. We contacted the property several times to explain the situation, but no effective solution or alternative was provided. We believe this should have been communicated clearly before booking. In addition, the metro starts operating early in the morning, and noticeable vibrations can be felt inside the apartment.
