Exceptional

This was our first time living at such a shelter, but it turned out to be really comfortable. They were spacious and well-lit, and had a door which provided enough privacy. The overall compound was really vast and green. They have three cute dogs, and facilities to play badminton or football. The host was really wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, it contained items made fresh with their farm ingredients. Overall, highly recommended!

The location is a bit far from Ribe centre and there's no public transport so if you don't have a car you have to take a cab. It's great if you're driving though!

:A perfect place to come with kids, they can just go wild and free most of the day while the parents are relaxing. But above all, the owners are exceptionally nice and kind! (and the breakfast is delicious!)

Beautifully situated in the Western Jutlandic countryside. The family Boysen welcoming and clearly enjoying visitors. The breakfast tray outstanding and delectable with all things home made and freshly baked bread. This was a real treat.

A night in dark woods in a dog house.

1. The property owner helped with putting the mattress covers.

1. Accommodation was a 5m2 dark dog house in the woods. 2. Booking.com ad stated chalet which is misguiding, now they have changed the text as tent which makes more sense. 3. My family had 100s of insect bites, my kids were sick. The dog house was full of insects. 4. I had to use the facility for 1 night as a arrived late, originally booked for 2 nights, left as early as possible the next morning. 5. I still cannot believe how this property can be rented out to a family of 4. merely 5m2 area and 50 cms high. 6. I was a victim of false ad in booking.com and the property is declining refund. 7. For the false ad and my kids being sick I have contacted my lawyer and would sue the property as soon as I am back in Zurich. 8. Now the ad has been completely changed and text updated, which states they acknowledge their fault however not reimbursing the money for the night I have not used.

Ein "unterkühltes Abenteuer"

Toller idyllischer Ort, super nette Gastgeber, abenteuerlich. Trotz aller "Mängel" - irgendwie gut 😊

Die Beschreibung auf Booking.com ist sehr missverständlich. Erstmal hatten wir "Zelt" gebucht, das war allerdings ein Shelter, also Holzverschlag mit weiten Spalten (zugig) ohne Dämmung, mit dünnen Matratzen direkt auf dem Holzboden. Das Einzige was die Verschläge haben, sind Licht und Steckdose. Alle anderen Annehmlichkeiten sind außerhalb!! Sprich, Kamin = Feuerschale, Kaffemaschine = in der Gemeinschaftsküche im Aussengelände usw. Es wird in der Beschreibung nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass ALLES an Bettzeug mitgebracht werden muss. Auf Nachfrage habe ich dies erfahren und zum Glück alles mitgenommen. Da es aber sehr zugig und dazu noch "kalt" (um/unter die 10 Grad) war in den Nächten, mussten wir vor Ort noch extra Decken und Luftmatratzen besorgen. Eine Toilette für alle Gäste ist definitiv zu wenig!! Auch zwei, wenn man die Private(?) (im Haus) dazu rechnet, die allerdings nur benutzbar ist, wenn die Besitzer die Eingangstür aufgeschlossen haben.

hébergement original, ferme très jolie, on est au milieu de la campagne, entourés d'animaux, et les shelters sont bien espacés les uns des autres on a vraiment son espace, staff très sympa. très bon rapport qualité prix pour le Danemark

Lieber Jan, Liebe Saskia Ihr habt einen wunderschönen Hof, ihr seid zwei wunderbare Menschen. Wir hatten einen sehr comfortablen Urlaub , dank euch sind wir wieder ge-erdet!
