Lejligheden burde sættes i stand inden den bliver lejet ud igen.

God seng i soveværelse. God beliggenhed.

Lejligheden var nedslidt. Låge i køkken kunne ikke lukkes, da den var i stykker. Fliser var ved at falde ned på toilet/bad. Stol i stue manglede et ben. Der manglede bestik. Gryder, potter og pander var ikke vasket op. Der var støv i skabene. Køleskabet trængte til afrimning. Køkkenet virkede sundhedsfarligt.
