-Die Lage, im Zentrum. Alles sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, auch die Fähre nach Fanö. Aber bei der Fanølinjen kann man auch 24h umsonst parken, man darf nur nicht vergessen, sein Auto abzumelden. -Das Bett, sehr bequem, habe sehr gut geschlafen.

-Der Kanalisationsgeruch in der Wohnung ist sehr unangenehm, trotz Lüften und Duftteelichter. -Kein Schrank im Schlafzimmer, schön wäre dort wenigstens ein Garderobenständer (mit Kleiderbügeln) auf Rollen. Ich habe einige Sachen auf dem Wäscheständer plaziert. -Die Kommode ist sehr klein und die Schubladen sind nicht abwischbar -Im Bad weder Regal(zB 2 kleine Bretter rechts vom Waschbecken) noch Haken für Handtücher oder Hängekulturtasche. -Nachts konnte man von 18h bis 8h morgens umsonst parken. Tagsüber nur 2h: als ich da war, war die Esbjerg Festwoche und ich musste mich alle 2h um mein Auto kümmern. -Die Souterrainfensterschächte sowie die Fenster könnten mal wieder gesäubert werden, waren leider sehr dreckig. -Die Klimaanlage war defekt, ein Techniker sollte kommen. Ich habe mehrmals versucht, die Raumtemperatur zw 26,9 und 29,6 Grad (nicht mal im Winter würde ich solche Temperaturen ertragen!)runter auf 16 Grad runter zu stellen, kein Erfolg… Am vorletzten Tag hatte ich plötzlich kein TV und kein WLAN, war doof aber nicht schlimm.

Spacious apartment at great location in walking distance to most venues. Communication with the facility manager was excellent. WiFi was available and fast. We enjoyed our stay and despite the problems with the heating, and the missing mirror and dish soap we would recommend the apartment and would also rent again ourselves.

There was a problem with the heating thermostat which couldn’t be turned off in the living room with the consequence that the temperature was way too hot (27 degC). Apparently, the owner tried to come by when I wasn’t there but didn’t try to contact me over the phone. A little bit more effort would have been appropriate to address a problem that is not the end of the world but negatively influenced our level of comfort in this room. A mirror in the bathroom would be useful, too.

It is very close to the supermarket and train station And no noise at all

There are no instructions how to use the TV. So couldn't watch anything. Where are we supposed to dispose of garbage? The ceiling lights are very weak, so the place is badly illuminated.
