The house itself was beautiful and matched our expectations – clean design, spacious enough for a family, and in a great location for visiting Legoland and other attractions in the area. With some adjustments to the service and communication side, this could be a truly excellent rental!
Our experience with the host company left a bit to be desired. We received very conflicting information about the check-in time and key collection from different Novasol customer service agents, which made planning our arrival unnecessarily stressful. The pricing structure also felt odd – we would have preferred a more transparent model where basic things like mandatory cleaning fee, electricity, towels and linen are clearly included in the price.
Unfortunately, the cleaning didn’t live up to professional standards. We found stains and hair, and even dirty dishes in the cupboards. There were also a few functional issues, such as power fuses and hot water availability, that made parts of the stay less comfortable than expected.
