The appartement Langeness was perfect and nice to stay. Clean and spacious. Location is calm and 'sheepy'. Nice place to relax.

As location you are behind the dyke, but the sea is a little further.

Quiet area at the North Sea. Great to relax and unwind. But with construction in front of the house.

Facilities are very basic equipped. Difficult to cook and even dangerous as surroundings gets super hot including cutlery in the drawer below. No food delivery possible due to the deserted surrounding. You can bring your dog but have to pay 10 EUR extra per night. I have been asked 4 times for this money and it was even collected right at the door. unsure about this approach. Basic bedding with 1 thick and 1 thin blanket. 1 person needed to freeze. Construction in front of the house.

Sehr netter Kontakt. Reagierte schnell. Alles vorhanden und sauber. Viele Spiele für Kinder. Gut isolierte Zimmer, sodass Babygeschrei nicht hörbar war in den anderen Zimmern.

Hemenswarft untere linke Wohnung

Die Lage

Für 4 Personen viel zu klein. 2 Erwachsene 2 Kinder 14&11. Kein Schrank vorhanden nur eine kleine Kommode mußten aus dem Koffer leben. Küche war schlecht ausgestattet wenig Geschirr, keine Topflappen, Grundutensilien nicht vollständig. Sofa zum dauerhaften schlafen für die Kinder sehr unbequem kein Topper vorhanden gewesen nur unser Bettlaken.Kissen und Decke für die Kinder mußten wir suchen war nur eine unter dem Sofa.Spinnweben überall,Jalousien waren teilweise defekt gingen nicht Runter. Oder nicht richtig hoch.Kaum verstau Möglichkeit in der Küche für Lebensmittel. Fernseher funktionierte nicht.mit Kindern natürlich nicht sehr schön. Die Lage war perfekt. Schön ruhig. Für die Mangel fanden wir den Preis sehr teuer!

Ruhig und erholsam zwischen Watt und Windrädern sowie Nähe zur dänischen Grenze.

Das Ferienhaus liegt relativ ruhig, bis auf ein paar vorbeibrausende Autos, direkt hinter dem Deich, welchem die Salzwiesen folgen, im Naturschutzgebiet Wattenmeer. Die Lage ist sehr gut, mit dem Fahrrad ist man in wenigen Minuten an einer schönen Badestelle, an welcher auch Wattwanderungen angeboten werden.

Unsere Fahrräder haben wir hinter dem Haus mit einem Schloss gesichert und abgedeckt. Ein separater Unterstand wäre schöner gewesen aber es hat auch so funktioniert. Die Fenster waren leider sehr schmutzig und mit dutzenden Spinnen verhangen - das war nicht gerade ansehnlich, wenn man den Blick nach draußen genießen wollte. Gerade auch in der Küche, von wo aus man eigentlich einen schönen Blick auf den Gartenbereich bzw. den Deich mit den Schafen hat.

Entspannend, bequem und einfach schön. Werden definitiv wieder herkommen.

Einfach geniale Lage. Nur wenige Hundert Meter zum Meer, das Haus ist total ruhig gelegen und auch perfekt für schöne morgendliche Spaziergänge. Im Garten hat man auch seine Ruhe. Für Ausflüge kommt man auch schnell überall hin. Die Wohnung welche wir hatten war einfach nur schön. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. :D

Das Bett hat etwas geknartscht und das wlan war Morgens immer etwas sehr langsam. Der Lüfter im Bad könnte etwas stärker eingestellt werden. Waren aber an sich alles nur Kleinigkeiten und spielten keine große Rolle. :)

Die Umgebung und die Natur sind ein Erlebnis. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, gut eingerichtet und die Schafe auf dem Deich ein Schauspiel sondergleichen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Schöne Wohnung, gut ausgestattet. Ruhige Lage.

Schöne Wohnung im 1.OG mit Deichblick. Sehr ruhige Lage, perfekt zum Ausspannen. Schön für SpZiergänge und Radfahrten. Restaurant und Café in der Nähe sind sehr gut. Jeweils 20 min zu Fuß entfernt. Für uns war es perfekt. Für regnerische Tage, gibt es eine kleine Sauna und Fitnessbereich, welcher für Standardtraining ausreichend ist. Super ist auch der Kühlschrank mit Getränken zu fairen Preisen.

Wenig Auswahl an Restaurants m, welch zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Schade dass kein Bäcker in der Nähe ist.

Locatie was goed en veel rust en ruimte. De woning was heel goed verzorgt en zag er super netjes uit.

Jammer genoeg geen zandstrand maar wel duizenden schapen op de dijk wat heerlijk was om te zien.

Kurztrip

Helle, moderne, freundliche Wohnung. Betten klasse. Lage direkt am Deich. Viele zusätzliche Annehmlichkeiten wie Getränkekühlschrank, Fitnessgeräte etc. Fliegengitter in allen Bereichen und zwar vernünftige, fest verbaute, so dass man ordentlich lüften kann.

In der Beschreibung erwähnten kostenlosen Pflegeprodukte nicht vorhanden. Haben wir nicht gebraucht, aber generell doof, mit etwas zu werben, was es nicht gibt. Wohnung sehr hellhörig. (Langeness EG). Man hört jeden Schritt und jede Klospülung aus der Wohnung darüber.

Die Unterkunft ist ziemlich abseits gelegen. Dafür aber auch sehr ruhig. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen

Für zwei Personen recht gemütlich und ausreichend.

Die Treppe ins Schlafzimmer ist sehr steil und durch die versetzten Stufen auch gefährlich. Der Handlauf ist auch sehr wackelig. Die Kopfkissen sind ziemlich verbraucht und sollten erneuert werden. Wir hatten zum Glück unsere eigenen Kissen und Federbetten mitgebracht.

Schade

Die Lage direkt hinter dem Deich ist toll. Aus dem Dachfenster hätte man bestimmt Sylt und Föhr sehen können, wenn es nicht so neblig und nieselig gewesen wäre. Bei schönem Wetter kann man von hier aus viel unternehmen. Nachts ist es hier sehr dunkel. Taschenlampe nicht vergessen!

Die Wohnung müsste speziell im Eingangsbereich besser beleuchtet werden. Wir haben uns mit mitgebrachten Lichterketten geholfen. Die Kochutensilien, Schneidbrett und Messer würde ich komplett entsorgen und neue anschaffen. Die Bratpfannen habe ich direkt reklamiert. Sie sollten mittlerweile ausgetauscht sein. Spiele bringt man sich besser selbst mit. Das dort befindliche Trink-Mensch ärgere dich nicht hat schon viel bessere Tage erlebt und ist einfach nur noch peinlich. Die Bestandsaufnahme findet nach Aussage des wirklich netten Vermieters immer im Januar statt. Vielleicht sollte das viel öfter passieren. Wegen des schlechten Wetters sind wir nach 3 Tagen abgereist. Wäre die Wohnung gemütlicher gewesen, wären wir trotzdem geblieben.

Schöner Kurzaufenthalt, um nach den Feiertagen zu entschleunigen.

Uns hat besonders die Lage überzeugt.Wir sind mit Hund angereist, um Silvester zu entfliehen. Wer also Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Pluspunkt ist die Sauna.

Kleine Kritikpunkte: Für die Anzahl an Nächten hätten wir uns dementsprechend auch Müllbeutel und Spülmaschinentabs gewünscht. Das Bettwäsche- und Handtuchpaket finden wir pro Person ein wenig überteuert.
