About this house rental
Picture House is the perfect bolthole for friends and family alike. St Ives has always been a mecca for art lovers and Picture House lives up to that title, beautifully and lovingly decorated with art work from a variety of local and national artists. Centrally located, Picture House welcomes pets and offers off-site parking for one car.
Entering into this colourful and cosy home, you will be greeted by the open plan living and dining room. Featuring a large velvet sofa, armchair, smart TV and cosy log burner. The living room makes the perfect spot for cosying up after a day in the sand and surf.
The mid-century dining area comfortably seats six guests.
The kitchen area is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook up a storm, complete with integrated oven, gas hob, Amica fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.
The main bedroom is decorated in relaxing blush pink and grey tones and features a king size bed with wooden clothes rail.
The second bedroom is decorated in cool blue and grey tones and has the added benefit of a zip and link bed which can be made up as a super king bed or two twin beds, offering great flexibility.
The third bedroom, also decorated in cool blue and grey tones, has a single bed.
The quirky sea blue family bathroom has a large bath as well as a separate rainforest shower, wash basin and WC.
Outside is a small courtyard area with seating for four, ideal for a glass of wine and snacks while you enjoy the lovely summer evenings.
