Fantastic location, right on the seafront. parking was easy and nearby, accommodation was lovely. beds were comfortable and bed linen and towels were first class. Bathrooms were a good size.
Wi-fi was a pain to set up ! There was some black damp on the wall in the corner of the smaller room. Living room carpet needs deep clean or replacing.

We loved the view towards the sea from the main room and the location was very convenient - just a short (and steep) walk into Whitby. The parking on street and in a nearby Leisure Centre was not cheap. I read later that rooms in the same house, run by the same company, were issued with parking permits but we were not offered any. Why not? The kitchen was very well appointed - lovely big fridge, lots of crockery, cutlery and glassware. Shower good, bed comfortable.
See comment about parking, above. Also, to open and close the blinds it was necessary to stand on a chair which is rather dangerous at my age. It would take a couple of minutes to extend the cords! As some other reviewers have said, the carpet is stained. Has anyone actually tried to clean it?

Excellent location, modern and well equipped.

Location was good & each room had its own bath/shower room
On entering apt we noticed the carpet was grubby, with dirty marks & stains not like last time we stayed here. The kitchen mixer tap leaked pretty bad when water was turned on, this was reported but nothing got done about it whilst we were there. Radiator in lounge not working but I think the heating system had something wrong as there was extra plug in hearers in every room.
