Proximity to everything but bus stop outside (view from window) was not a working one front garden was full of weeds front steps were very dirty needs a sweep at least weekly

Cleanliness quite poor marks on carpets

The location is great, a lovely sea view through the front window, en-suite bathroom and second bathroom with plenty of space made it a good living area. Cooking facilities were good. TV and WiFi. Beds were comfortable. Tea and milk sachets provided as well as toiletries in the bathrooms. Dishwasher and tablets were very useful. Didn't use the washing machine but was available.

A lot of small complaints that built up. - Carpet in the main room needed cleaning - The blinds didn't have handles on all of the strings in the main room - Bedrooms need curtains if you want to sleep in past sunrise - Extractor fans in bathrooms had not been cleaned, hair or dust was blocking them. - Kitchen needed more utensils such as pizza trays. Freezer needed a defrost, was pretty full of ice around the drawers. - Couldn't find a plug for the main sink - Could have done with a clothes maiden for hanging washing. - Couldn't work out how to activate towel dryer / heater in en-suite bathroom

The chairs in the lounge were not comfortable & the carpet needed steam cleaning Extractor in main bathroom did not work

Location was good & each room had its own bath/shower room

On entering apt we noticed the carpet was grubby, with dirty marks & stains not like last time we stayed here. The kitchen mixer tap leaked pretty bad when water was turned on, this was reported but nothing got done about it whilst we were there. Radiator in lounge not working but I think the heating system had something wrong as there was extra plug in hearers in every room.
