Everything was perfect. The house is new and couzi, and perfect for 2 or 3 persons.There is Everything you need for comfortable living. Everything you see on the pictures is the same in reality. The owner is very kind and helpful. I would like to stay there for all summer.

It is away from the beach, but that is not a problem, because of the location of the Ammolofi out of the town. That is the real value of the beach and the reason to stay clean.

Nice and modern. The owner Stergios was very helpful and communication with him was perfect. The place have all kind of amenities (beverages, dish/laundry soap, spices). Great equipped kitchen. Highly recommendation.

Superb

The house is entirely renovated and everything is brand new. It is very clean and comfortable. With nice yard and facilities outside. It is near the restaurants and shops. The host is very kind and helpful. The Olive House is a good choice to stay in Nea Peramos.

The street next to the house is a little nosy, but the good thing is that the bedroom is on the opposite side. It will be good if the fridge is bigger.

You could rarely find a place which is not just brand new and super clean, but all the photos match exactly the reality. Well, this is The Olive House - a nice place for two, fully renovated small house with a nice yard with some shrub roses and an olive tree. Inside you get spotless rooms, fully equipped kitchen and enough comfort for a nice vacation. Situated on Nea Peramos' main street, you are on some easily 10 minutes walk from the beachfront area with all the taverns and cafes. Two supermarkets nearby and great bakery right accross the street make the location even more convenient. Parking is possible on all the nearby streets, Amolofi beach is just 3-4 km away. Very friendly hosts, always available with advices. Thank you, Katerina and Stergios, and hope you will keep up the nice work done in The Olive House!
