La ubicación del apartamento.
La entrada y las escaleras del edificio son HORROROSAS, viejas, sucias, malolientes y con trampas para las ratas.... NO FUNCIONABA LA TELEVISIÓN y en 4 días no vinieron a ponerla. No se puede abrir la ventana de la habitación porque entran los olores del bar de abajo. Penoso. La excelente ubicación no justifica todo el precio del apartamento; estos detalles de antes, son lo suficientemente importantes como para que valga un poco menos. Me parece que he pagado demasiado por el aprtamento.
