Excellent apartment under the roof with windows to both sides and a view to the roof landscape of Bordeaux on one. Feels all very well equipped with a great large table and good TV, excellent WiFi, a nice kitchen with everything, separate bathroom and toilet with all facilities you might need (including laundry machine). There is a great atmosphere in the aparment, airy, interesting, spacious (even though not big). Enough tables, chairs, storage space, hangers, etc., which I also appreciated. The air condition was rescuing me in the 42°C Bordeaux heat of this summer (plus some good fans provided). This was an excellent place to stay for a longer time (2 weeks for work in my example), and not to forget, the location is brilliant directly at the grand theatre in the heart of the city, close to everything you might want to explore, close to great restaurants and shops, and super close to public transport, yet quiet.
Maybe it is a little expensive, and I would have liked to have a cancellation option while booking. And one minor aesthetic concern, which could be easily addressed: the doors of the kitchen cabinets cannot be closed, which disturbed me visually.

Superb location! Close to the tram station and the Great Theatre & Le Miroir d'eau, with lots of restaurants, cafes, and shopping nearby. The apartment is clean and cozy, enough for three people to stay for a few days, and more spacious than we expected. Despite being centrally located, it's very quiet at night. We also like the washing machine and kitchen facilities. The host Marina is very helpful as well. :)
It would be helpful to have a sheet of instructions for the TV, AC, and door lock, rather than pasting them on the wall or having to figure them out ourselves. Hand soap, additional trash bags, and toilet paper would be appreciated as well (for a large group + longer stay). Nevertheless, these minor points, we will stay again next time in Bordeaux!
