About this house rental
La Maison de Valentine is located in an 18th century freestone building, in the highly sought after and pedestrianized St-Pierre district, between rue Sainte-Catherine and rue du Pas St-Georges.
Renovated in 2017, it will seduce you with its careful decoration in Scandinavian style, its level of comfort and equipment.
In love with my city of Bordeaux, I will be happy to welcome you to the house of Valentine and make you discover all the wonders of this city.

THE HOUSE INCLUDES:
- direct access to rue du Mulet, a particularly quiet street in a lively area
- the living room with a BULTEX EXPRESS sofa bed, 49 inch flat screen TV, free WIFI Internet, Harman Kardon speaker connected via Bluetooth, dining table for 4 people, 2 Dyson fans (AIR CONDITIONING IS PROVIDED FOR IN WINTER 2019/2020)
- the fitted kitchen: microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge / freezer, induction hob with extractor hood, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster (also coffee, tea, herbal tea capsules, quick dinner kit)
- the bedroom with high-end comfortable bed, dressing room
- a bathroom with walk-in shower, heated towel rail, hairdryer, courtesy products
- Anne de Solenne, Harmony or Linvosges linens
- independent toilets with washbasin
- Iron and ironing board

You will discover the many sites and monuments of Bordeaux, the Place Pey Berland, the Town Hall and the Saint-André Cathedral, the city center, the Saint-Pierre, Saint-Michel, Capucins districts, all with soul and character. their own.

The property was perfect for our needs: excellent location, secure parking nearby, very well equipped for comfort and convenience. My one complaint was the mattress: too soft. But we enjoyed everything else.

I highly recommend this 1 BR flat in the center of a vibrant, young part of Bordeaux. The photos and description are accurate - it is a first floor (door to street) flat located just off a pedestrian street. So, while the location is very central to shops and restaurants, it is not burdened by the noise of cars and trucks. The flat was beautifully decorated, clean, and well appointed with washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine and hairdryer. There is no AC but the fans provided were more than sufficient. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this for your visit to Bordeaux.
