PS - Lovely Studio - Historic center - Very quiet

The apartment is located in a wonderful area, close to everything so we walked everywhere (we only took the tram to the Cite du Vin), and also well connected to the airport by tram. The apartment is newly renovated, the furniture and the appliances are new and look nice. I especially loved that there was a steamer instead of an iron for clothes. I also loved the shower which has good pressure, the water gets warm fast and there are no problems with the drain. The smart TV worked very well and so did the wi-fi, but there were times during the day when nothing would load anymore (on our devices or on TV). Mobile network signal is also good inside the apartment. We did not use the kitchenette, but it seemed well-equipped.

The sofa bed was not the most comfortable. The pillows were extremely soft and low, so we used the sofa pillows which were harder. The apartment appeared to be very clean, but we found a pair of socks under the bed when we arrived, which were not detected when the apartment was cleaned. The 2 wine glasses were also not so clean: one of them was reddish from red wine and the other one had calcified hard water stains. The trash can in the bathroom had no bag inside (so we did not use it) and its cap was broken. There is no shelving or any place to put toiletries inside the shower. The toilet is very high and uncomfortable for people who are not tall. It was incredibly hot in the room overnight (for March), even if outside was cold and there was no radiator inside the apartment (I did not find ia temperature regulator either). We tried the fan during the first night, but it did not cool the place enough for us to be able to sleep. We used the AC during the second night, but at some point it did not work for cooling the place down, but for heating it up, so the next night, we opened the window even though there was no mosquito net. There already was a mosquito inside when we arrived, as well as some type of small flies, but in the end we had no other option.

En cuanto a la comodidad, hubo algunos aspectos que no nos convencieron. La cama es en realidad un sofá cama que, sin estar del todo mal, creemos que podría sustituirse por una cama convencional. No vemos necesario priorizar tener un sofá si eso implica perder comodidad en el descanso. Además, echamos en falta almohadas propias de cama, ya que únicamente había cojines de sofá, los típicos cuadrados. Otro punto negativo fue el olor constante procedente de los extractores de la cocina del restaurante libanés situado justo debajo. El apartamento da a un patio interior, aproximadamente a la altura de una primera planta, y ese patio conecta directamente con la zona trasera de la cocina del restaurante, donde además almacenan distintos utensilios y objetos. El olor que se colaba era bastante desagradable y resultaba imposible eliminarlo ventilando, ya que la única ventana del alojamiento da precisamente a ese mismo patio. De hecho, tuvimos que mantenerla cerrada todo el tiempo y aun así no sabemos exactamente por dónde se filtraba el olor. También eran bastante ruidosos, pero era en ciertos momentos, sobretodo cuando recogían antes de cerrar.

The location is the best. Right in the city center and many great restaurants and bars around the place. It is very clean inside.

The sofa bed is not very comfortable. I think it would be better just change to the proper bed instead of sofa bed. The apartment is very new but there is smell of the pain a bit. When you open the window, there is restaurant downstairs sometime have weird smell
