Anytime we had an issue, they were there to answer all questions and easy to contact. The place was very clean and nice inside and complimentary water and snacks were there which was nice. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we had plenty of space for the two of us. I will say the complex itself is dated and you aren't going to want to be having your window shades open. It's about 20 minutes from most things including the beach but immediately around it is a grocery store and a couple places to eat. We had issues with the door lock but the owner was always willing to help us remotely. Overall a good experience and a pleasant stay .

Great location for my interests. My life long indoor cat loved the lanai.The host was kind and helpful in local suggestions .The accommodations was clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to return .
