Welcome to your perfect vacation retreat! This spacious and family-friendly 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers stunning lake views and all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay. You’ll be truly impressed!

• Bedroom 2: King-size bed
• 2 single folding beds – fun for kids, but also comfortable for adults!

🐶 Pet Policy
• Dogs only allowed with prior approval.
• Weight limit is 30 lbs unless the dog is well-trained and well-behaved — in which case, weight is not an issue.
• Unapproved pets will incur a $500 charge.

This house was amazing, it lists there being a lake in the back yard, what it doesn't say is that there is so much wildlife calling the lake home we saw turtles, rabbits and so many different types of birds. we really enjoyed hanging out on the back deck and listening to the symphony of bird calls.

The house is a perfect vacation property. It's right on a pond with the sounds of nature in a quiet neighborhood. It's close to the beach and all the amenities on Clark Road. The house was clean and comfortable. The new appliances, screened in porch, garage, water dispenser, beach equipment, and deck over the pond were all fabulous features. I would highly recommend this property for your next vacation in Sarasota FL.

The host was welcoming. Only issue we found was the front door outside light was not working (had to use flashlight to access/enter keypad. Otherwise, all was very nice, clean.

Property was clean and easy to find. Entry code worked perfectly every time. Loved that property was on a quiet cul de sac, no traffic! Amenities were plentiful and met all our needs. Property even had beach chairs and towels. Will book again next time we visit Sarasota!
