Enjoy an updated kitchen, newly renovated bathroom, fresh living-room furnishings, and a large private fenced yard — especially convenient for guests traveling with dogs.
The home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, with two queen bedrooms and a third bedroom with two twin beds. Relax in the comfortable living area, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or spend time outside in the fenced yard after a day at the beach.
We provide beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, beach bags and a cooler, so you can pack lighter and head straight for the Gulf. You'll also have Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning, washer and dryer, on-site parking and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The location gives you easy access to Siesta Key Beach, Turtle Beach, Gulf Gate restaurants and shopping, while still offering a quiet residential setting to come home to.

This was our second time staying here. The property is well maintained and clean. There’s a very nice backyard with a nice grill. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe. It’s obvious that the owner takes great pride in making this cottage a welcoming place for visitors.

We do travel a lot and see a lot , this house was one of our favorites.
Starting with how clean it was (that is always my number one), how nicely it was decorated.
Back yard amazing!! Very good fance around, safe for dogs.
Location was great, close to Sarasota, not far from the beach.
If you like to go to dog friendly beach is little bit farther, about 30 min but it is great place to go.
We loved the farmers market what is only 5 min away.
We would definitely go back!
