Spacious 2BD/2BTH apartment with private-fenced backyard for your morning coffee. Apartment is within 10 minutes to the gorgeous Siesta Beach and other near-by beautiful gulf beaches. Outside community grills and heated pool are available. Beautiful walking path for evening walks.

There is NO cable--but there are smart TVs in the living area and both bedrooms where you can stream your favorite TV shows via Netflix, Disney or your favorite streaming channel. Internet is also available to work remote.

This rental was outstanding for the important aspects: safety/security, air conditioning/humidity control, great beds, very nice showers, responsive and pleasant hosts. Seems like it’s a work in progress. Granite countertops, tile and nice wood floors. Once they pull a few other things together it’ll be a very nice unit. There’s a fenced in patio that’s great for a dog. Leading the posting with a beautiful pool picture was a little misleading, but wasn’t a big issue. The location worked great for us, just off Clark Rd. And again, the host was very responsive.

We came down for Spring Break and the condo was perfect for us ! The pool was nice and the back patio was nice for hanging out after long days on the beach. Such a short commute to the beach right over the bridge. There in no time. I prefer staying off the island and then going over because at night the hustle and bustle stays there but we got to come back to a nice quiet place. Easy check in and easy check out. Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The accommodations had everything we needed. The complex was nice, the pool was nice, the grounds were well kept, and others living/staying at the complex were friendly and quiet. Location was convenient to beach, groceries, and easy to get to other places.

We were quite concerned about the location (complex) of this condo. The complex looked run down and shady and we were a bit disappointed in the condition of the complex. The condo was good but had its faults.... pool area was very nice. Condo needs repairs but had great supplies..... Don't think we will stay here again....
