About this house rental
Kassiopi House is in the centre of cosmopolitan Kassiopi, just a few steps from the beach of Kalamionas or the fishing port of the village, with air conditioning, beautiful balconies overlooking the sea and without the need for a car. The house also has access to a nearby family pool, which is also available for four other apartments.
This charming house, which was recently renovated and turned into a holiday property, extends to the first floor of a building, above owner's office and is next to local taverns, bars and other facilities. It offers all the amenities for a comfortable stay, the use of the neighbouring pool and is spacious enough for a family or group of four people.
Layout
An interior staircase leads from a side street to the apartment's main entrance. The entrance leads onto open space with a living room, dining room, kitchen, and two large balconies overlooking the sea and the surrounding hills.
There are two bedrooms, one double and the other twin, which share a modern family bathroom to the left of the living room.
Both the bedrooms are sunny, and they have french doors, which open onto a large side balcony overlooking the main road and the backdrop of the mount.
Shared pool
Kassiopi Home has access to a shared pool, just 50 metres away, shared by four other apartments.

Great spacious apartment in the centre of Kassiopi. The beach was about 200 m down the road and all the bars and restaurants were within easy walking distance (about 5 mins to the port with bars and restaurants on the way)

It is a very nice holiday apartment. We were in Kassiopi with 4 adults and the apartment was perfect for us. It has a large kitchen/living area with 2 equally sized rooms and large cupboards (it is often the case that the 2nd room is a children's room). It was equipped with everything you need... kitchen utensils, iron, hair dryer, washing machine. The apartment was on the edge of Kassiopi... Bakery, supermarket and the first tavernas are a 2 minute walk away. You walk through Kassiopi for about 5 minutes to reach the small, cute harbor. In about 3 minutes you reach the first beach. It is worth the 15 minute walk though... There are 2 other beaches... Kanoni beach and Paralia Mpataria... Really beautiful. The Kastro Kitchen bar is above the beaches... Also highly recommended. We really liked Kassiopi. A cute place. It was an all-round... successful vacation.

Wonderful apartment, clean, comfortable and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Washing machine great asset for us as we stayed for 21 days. Very central and within walking distance to beach, tavernas, supermarket etc. Yes, it is situated on a busy road but believe me, was not an issue, we all slept very well. The bar across the road gave us endless entertainment watching from afar...sitting on the balcony people watching. Only criticism was that there was only one mirror in the apartment, in the bathroom. With 3 women staying, I would suggest a full length mirror or a mirror in each bedroom. Fast response to a couple of queries we had whilst there, great service. Will return for sure.

Firstly the property is immaculate and there is nothing to fault about the rooms, furnishings, fixtures and equipment. All suited our needs perfectly. We were working as well as holidaying and the space in the apartment as well as the reliable WiFi were perfect.
However, the apartment is located on a very noisy road and opposite a very noisy taverna which was often loud into the early hours. If you are a light sleeper then this is not the property for you. If you are a party person then it’s perfectly located as everything is in walking distance of the apartment. The shared pool is conveniently located and often private to yourself.
