About this apartment rental

The building Verdemar is in one of the most popular location in Nerja at only 5 minutes walk to the Balcon of Europa, and not too far from Burriana beach, with lovely views of the sea. Located at the end of the famous street Carabeo, near the Parador it's quite central but quiet at the same time. TV WITH ENGLISH CHANNELS ONLY.
This apartment has been recently refurbished and it has one bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a west facing balcony with lovely sea views and sun until early evening. The property has personal WIFI, hot/cold air conditioning, British TV channels and washing machine.
The nearest beach is opposite the building, going down the steps. But the building also has a communal pool.

Very comfy apartment in an excellent location overlooking the sea. Clean, bright & modern with a balcony that gets sun on it during afternoon and early evening. Bars, restaurants, shops all in easy walking distance. The check in was the only negative point as we had to collect the key from a location quite a long walk away from the apartment. Would definitely stay here again.
